worth the money,it is exactly what I expected. the 360° capability it serves all my duties as expected. it is also good because it is detachable that allows it to serve as an outdoor flashlight hence improving its performance. worth the price

The lamp is so bright it can light up the whole room, it has three modes varying from warm, cool and a mix between the two which includes 3 levels of brightness each. The battery is very very good, I used it for 4 hours continuously after a full charge and the brightness remains without affecting the quality. It also includes a stick on version tape with a metal ball when I want to go stand free. I would really recommend it to students

The lamp post/seat iron ball cannot suck the lamp head?

The surface of the lamp rod/base iron ball has dirt or grease. Clean the iron ball and the magnet contact surface with alcohol or a dry cloth.

Lamp rod cannot be inserted into the base?

There are foreign objects in the threads at the bottom of the lamp rod. Remove them from the threads at the bottom of the lamp rod.

Insensitive fingertip touch?

The contact surface is not large enough. Use your fingertip pad or thumb for operation.

Unable to recharge?

Foreign objects in the USB port causing poor contact. Clean the port using a brush and a hair dryer.

Unable to turn the product on?

Low battery. Recharge it.
